The current membership rates are listed below. You can join for the full weekend 7-10 April, or pay in advance to attend on separate days.
We will close advance registration for onsite memberships after 31 March. You will be able to join ‘on the door’ at the Hilton from 7-10 April, but at higher rates for adults so, if you can, make sure you join by 31 March!
All memberships – attending, supporting and individual days – come with access to the online part of the convention. If you would like just to attend online, then you can purchase an Online/Supporting membership; you can do so at any time before the end of the convention – but we encourage you to sign up as early as possible, so that we know how much online participation there might be. Note: we do not have plans for online programming or other online activities for children under 13.

- An adult is anyone who will be aged 18+ on Friday 7 April 2023.
- The low income attending membership is open to members with low incomes and anyone for whom paying the full membership cost would be prohibitive. It is entirely self-assessed; no proof is required. If you think you might qualify for this rate, you do.
- A teen is anyone who will be aged 13–17 on Friday 7 April 2023.
- A child is anyone who will be aged 5–12 on Friday 7 April 2023.
- An infant is anyone who will be 4 or younger on Friday 7 April 2023. They are free, but we still require them to be registered.
- If you buy 2 or more days your purchase will automatically be converted to a full weekend membership.
